Your access to and use of buildReq is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the application. 

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of buildReq, including software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of HIFX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

You agree to use buildReq only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to:

• Use buildReq in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of buildReq.
• Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through buildReq.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to buildReq, its computer systems, or networks connected to buildReq.

buildReq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HIFX makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of buildReq or the information, content, materials, or products included on buildReq.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use buildReq.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from buildReq.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through buildReq by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through buildReq.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HIFX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that they may incur as a result of or arising from:

• Your use of or access to buildReq.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.
• Your breach of any statutory duty, representation, or warranty.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

HIFX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of buildReq after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
